Great location for skiing, with convenient ski-in/ski-out access and equipment rental close by. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and professional. The hotel offers a variety of amenities, such as a pool, saunas, and fitness and beauty rooms. The Austrian-style rooms are spacious and cozy. The breakfast and dinner spread was fantastic, with a delightful choice of Austrian and international cuisine. There is also a well-stocked wine cellar.

There are no nearby supermarkets or kiosks for quick snacks or drinks. However, the hotel offers food all day long if you're hungry.

I loved my stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a few steps away from the ski slopes and the gondola. The staff were super attentive and welcoming, always greeting me with a smile. The hotel facilities were great, especially the spa and the kids rooms. Breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of options.

The hotel was conveniently located right near the ski gondola and slopes, making it easy to access without any hassle. We had a cozy room with a decent bathroom, and the breakfast was quite good too. the facilities met our needs, especially the game room and pool which kept us entertained in the evenings.

Located in the scenic mountains, great views from the top floor spa that also had a beautiful bathing pool. The food was a highlight with a strudel buffet and a delightful choice of Austrian and International cuisine.

Over the Easter break, hotel staff was unable to provide a basic breakfast for early morning departures. The coffee, banana, and biscuit were disappointing. Additionally, the internet connection was poor, making it hard to access other websites.
